Personalized and Customized Products: These items cannot be returned as they are made specifically for you. However, if the customized or personalized product you received is damaged or defective, we will replace it for you.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., you don’t like the item or the size is incorrect), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
